Tattoos You May Regret

I saw a girl coming out of the train at the same train station the other day and as I was walking behind her up the ramp I realised she had a tattoo on the back of her neck.

Now I don't really have a hang up about body art but this was a pretty spastic tattoo that I'm sure you'd regret later. It was the symbol for the on/off power button on electronic devices like computers and TV's etc. You know the ones that look like an almost complete circle with a little line through the top or side.

Her little power button was obviously "on" because the tattoo was bright green. Now this was a pretty massive tattoo on the back of her neck. She was also obviously proud of this tattoo because her hair was short at the back but layered long at the front so everyone can enjoy the tattoo. (BTW she had green/blue hair too so I suppose having a bright green "power" tatt limits the things that may match with it)

All I was just thinking walking behind her was "What an idiot!"! Don't girls have enough problems being seen as objects without actually coming with a "power" button too? I guess it was waaaaay too deep, symbolic, ironic or neo-crypto-fascist-iconclast that I was just not going to get it.

Tattoo regret must be an awful feeling when it happens. That's probably why you shouldn't put tatts in places that are hard to hide!

- End rant now.

Simple Way for Pacific Brands to Capitalise on the Rugged "Bonds" Brand...

In a very "why didn't I think of that moment?" I bet for the sad marketing guys at Pacific Brands, if they just wanted some good publicity for Bonds again all they needed to do was to wrestle a kangaroo into a headlock while wearing only Bonds undies.

Preferable if the kangaroo is a Ninja, then we can all agree that bloke is a legend. Maybe Bonds undies gives you superpowers...like Weet-Bix?
